Intercity Bus is a company dedicated to intercity passenger transport in Lanzarote. Since our beginnings, we have worked on a solid project focused on adaptation and constant growth, in order to respond to the needs of our clients, both local residents and tourists who visit the island.

Our main engine is the user. At Intercity Bus we focus our efforts on improving the precision of our routes and increasing the frequency of our services, to offer quality transportation and satisfy the different demands of our travelers at all times.

Likewise, we are involved in promoting a change in the perception of the use of public transport, highlighting the great benefits it has for users and society. Our mission is to ensure that every trip with us is a positive, comfortable and safe experience.

Facilities

The Intercity Bus main office is strategically located at the Bus Station, on Via Medular s/n, in the heart of Arrecife. This location is not only the nerve center of our operations, but also provides a direct point of contact for our users.

In addition, we have two other customer service offices, located at the Playa Blanca Bus Station (Avenida de las Canarias 30 – Playa Blanca) and at the Arrecife Bus Interchange (Avenida Fred Olsen 29 – Arrecife).

Mobile Park

Intercity Bus has a fleet of vehicles adapted to current regulations, equipped and adapted to guarantee user comfort and satisfaction. All our buses have air conditioning and are designed in such a way that they offer full accessibility to people with reduced mobility. In addition, our commitment to inclusion leads us to users with special needs, including people with functional and sensory diversity.

To guarantee the efficiency of our operations and the safety of our passengers, our fleet has an operation assistance system (SAE) that allows us to locate the vehicles at all times and maintain constant communication with the drivers.

In 2023, we updated our fleet with thirdteen new vehicles that comply with EURO 6E standards and retired two EURO 5 vehicles, thus demonstrating our commitment to innovation and respect for the environment. At Intercity Bus, we currently have a total of 73 buses, with an average age of the fleet of 5.13 years.
