Lanzarote Resident Bonus
Exclusively for residents of the Canary Islands, this voucher is free with a valid residence certificate and requires a minimum of 15 trips per month; Otherwise, it will be blocked and €20 will be charged to reactivate the bonus. Available at the Bus Station or at the Arrecife Interchange with a cost of €2 for the card.

Processing
- The processing and updating of vouchers will be carried out from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday (except holidays) at the Arrecife bus station or from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. h from Monday to Friday (except holidays) at the Interchange.
- The certificate must be renewed every 6 months
Documentation to Submit
- Request instance
- Responsible Declaration
- Passage size photo.
- Photocopy of the Document proving the applicant’s personality (DNI) or Foreigner Identification Number (NIE).
- Certificate of registration or residence. (Residency Verification Access Authorization) in force.
