Special Pensioner Bonus
Specially designed for Lanzarote residents pensioned by the INSS, this voucher offers a 30% discount on the price of the ordinary ticket. It allows recharges from €5 to €50 and the payment of trips for multiple passengers with the same voucher. Available at the Bus Station or at the Arrecife Interchange with a cost of €2 for the card.

- From €5 to €50 on board our buses or at the Arrecife Bus Station office.

- Available at the Bus Station or Arrecife Interchange at a cost of €2 per card.
Requirements
- Be a beneficiary of some of the public economic benefits of a social or welfare nature (pensioner due to: disability, death of the spouse, permanent disability or retirement), presenting a pension certificate, issued by the Social Security Institute (INSS).
- Be a resident on the island of Lanzarote.
Processing
- The processing and updating of vouchers will be carried out from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday (except holidays) at the Arrecife bus station or from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. h from Monday to Friday (except holidays) at the Interchange.
Documentation to Submit
- Request instance
- Passage size photo
- Photocopy of the Document proving the applicant’s personality (DNI) or Foreigner Identification Number (NIE).
- Photocopy of the registration or residence certificate.
- Photocopy of the pension certificate, issued by the Social Security Institute (INSS).
