Disability Bonus
Especially intended for residents of Lanzarote with a disability equal to or greater than 33%. It offers a 50% discount on the price of the ordinary ticket and allows top-ups from €5 to €50. Suitable to pay for trips of several passengers with the same voucher. Free first issue and €2 for renewal in case of loss or damage. Available at the Arrecife Bus Station. Necessary documentation includes passport size photo, DNI/NIE, residence certificate and disability accreditation.

Refills
- From €5 to €50 on board our buses or at the Arrecife Bus Station office.
- Multiple travelers are allowed to pay with the same voucher.
Points of Sale
- Arrecife Bus Station Office.
- The first issuance of the card will be free, with a cost of two euros to renew it if it is lost, stolen or damaged.
- The processing and updating of vouchers will be carried out from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday (except holidays)

- Be a resident in a municipality on the island of Lanzarote
- Have a disability certificate with a degree equal to or greater than 33%
Processing
- The processing and updating of vouchers will be carried out from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday (except holidays) at the Arrecife bus station or from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. h from Monday to Friday (except holidays) at the Interchange.
Documentation to Submit
- Passage size photo (Must be delivered to the Station at the time of collecting the voucher).
- Photocopy of DNI or NIE
- Photocopy of the residence or registration certificate. (Must be in force; renewed and delivered every 6 months).
- Photocopy of the document proving that you have a disability equal to or greater than 33%.
